Senior Product Designer
I turn complex, high-stakes workflows into AI-enabled products people can understand, trust, and use.
Senior Product Designer with 8+ years designing healthcare, insurance, AI, and enterprise SaaS products—from discovery and workflow design to scalable design systems and AI-assisted experiences.
Designing enterprise products where complexity becomes clarity
I'm a Senior Product Designer working across product strategy, enterprise UX, and engineering. For the past 8 years I've led design on platforms where a wrong decision isn't friction — it's regulatory exposure, financial risk, or a participant losing access to their own care: clinical registries and data-review systems at Pulse Infoframe, placement and policy management at Marsh McLennan, and broker and advisor experiences at RBC Insurance.
My work usually starts before the interface. I map workflows end to end across every role that touches them, define the product model underneath, and write the specifications engineering builds from — module PRDs with states, dependency rules, permissions, and explicit MVP boundaries. That means I'm accountable not just for how something looks and behaves, but for what ships, what's deferred, and why.
More about me
Rather than simplifying problems by removing complexity, I design systems that organize it — through information architecture, state models, workflow design, and design systems that stop teams re-deciding the same things on every feature. My Computer Science background keeps technical constraints in the conversation early, so handoff is a continuation rather than a negotiation.
Increasingly that work includes AI. I've designed AI-assisted features into shipped operational products and defined the interaction models for AI-assisted authoring and clinical review — always human-in-the-loop, with source traceability, visible uncertainty, and the consequential decision left with the person accountable for it.
I work closely with product, engineering, clinical operations, and business stakeholders, and I treat accessibility as a specification requirement rather than a review step.
Featured Work
Selected product challenges where I led strategy, workflow design, and delivery across healthcare, insurance, AI, and complex enterprise systems.
Transforming registry administration into a configurable operating platform
Reimagined registry administration as a configurable workspace where clinical teams can independently manage onboarding, access, sites, dashboards, navigation, PROs, and scheduling without relying on engineering for every change.

Additional work across design systems, insurance, clinical operations, authentication, and data-heavy enterprise products.
Unifying fragmented co-parenting into one coordinated experience
Designed an end-to-end co-parenting platform spanning scheduling, child profiles, messaging, shared galleries, and AI-assisted communication, supported by a scalable design system.
Standardizing broker enrolment across complex authentication journeys
Standardized onboarding, MFA, error, expiry, and lockout patterns to create a clearer and more consistent broker authentication experience.
Letting registry teams shape the product without letting them break it
Designed configurable navigation, layouts, dashboards, and announcements so each registry could tailor its experience while preserving platform consistency and governance.
Translating enterprise cybersecurity data into actionable risk insights
Transformed spreadsheet-based reporting into a decision-focused dashboard that helped users interpret and prioritize cybersecurity risk more clearly.
